CANDIDATE LINE UP & SEATING SECTIONS

The small parking lot adjacent to the Sports Complex has been designated for the candidates to line up for the academic procession. The graduates have been divided into two groups, Group 1 (posts 1 to 9) and Group 2 (posts 10 to 17). Review list that follows to determine your group and post number. Report promptly at 10:30 a.m. to the post number assigned to your department or school.

The procession will begin at 10:45 a.m. It is important that you arrive on time so that you can march and be seated with candidates from your department, college, or school.

All doctoral graduates are invited to march with the Stony Brook faculty at the head of Group 1. All doctoral graduates should assemble with the faculty at Post 1.
