March 15: Last date to apply for graduation in order to be in the printed commencement program.
March 25 & 26: Graduate Salute - 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Student Activities Center Main Lobby - This event will provide you with the information and services for graduation and participation in the Commencement Ceremony. Representatives from the following areas will be present: Registrar's Office, Career Center, Graduation Announcements, Caps and Gowns, Rings and more.
March 27 Caps, Gowns, and hoods will be available for purchase in the University Bookstore. Selections will become more limited as Commencement Day approaches.
March 21 Ceremony Attendance Forms will be available on the SOLAR System. This form must be completed in order to obtain tickets to the Main Ceremony. Contact the Office of Conferences and Special Events (2-6320) if you have difficulty completing the form.
May 9 Last day for Ceremony Attendance Forms to be completed on the SOLAR System. This must be done in order to be eligible to pick up tickets.
May 15 –20 Ticket distribution in all departments.
May 15 - 20 (at noon) Ticket distribution for all doctoral candidates for the University Ceremony (except D.P.T., D.D.S. and M.D.) in the Graduate School.
May 16 - Last day for non-robed candidates to pick up candidate identification for reserved seating from the Office of Conferences and Special Events.
May 21 @ noon - Ticket distribution of late and unclaimed tickets in departments.

May 21 - 23 Office of Conferences and Special Events will be closed.
May 22 Doctoral Graduation and Hooding Ceremony. Assemble at 1:00 p.m. Staller Center.
May 22 Baccalaureate Honors Convocations, Staller Center, Assemble at 6:15 p.m.
May 23 Commencement assembly at 10:30 a.m. March begins promptly at 10:45 a.m. Ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m.
